In fact, Delia’s colleague Joe Repoff at the Municipal Light Plant sent an email to MIG about concerns he had with the illegal dumping: 

As it turns out, hiding 20,000+ tons of soil off a main road is pretty hard to do.

Between her affidavit and statement from the November 2025 NRC meeting, did Delia deny she knew about the soil dumped within the No Disturbance Zone? This would be strange, considering her email from 2023…
